摘要
多元智能理论是美国心理学家加德纳提出的关于人的全面发展的主要指导思想。采用科学有效的管理方法,促进学生的全面发展,是班级管理的最高目标。在全社会都中重视多元智能的应用环境下,全新的班级管理必须树立全新人才理念,合理善待每一个学生;拥有智慧之眼,发现并正确区分优势潜能;创建多元化的班级文化环境,给予班级成员发挥和发展的空间;完善多元化评价,创建个性化、激励化评价模式,促进班级管理目标的实现。
The theory of multiple intelligence is proposed by American psychologist Gardiner, the thought of the all-round development of human. Adopting scientific and effective management method to promote students' all-round development is the highest goal of class management. Society pays attention to the importance of the application environment of multiple intelligence and new class management must establish a new talent concept, reasonable treat every student; be wisdom, and correctly distinguish potential advantages; create a wide range of cultural and class environment, give students enough space to play and development; perfect the evaluation of diversification, create personalized, incentive evaluation mode, promote the realization of the class management objectives.
