Adopting scientific and effective management method to promote students' all-round development is the highest goal of class management. Society pays attention to the importance of the application environment of multiple intelligence and new class management must establish a new talent concept, reasonable treat every student; be wisdom, and correctly distinguish potential advantages; create a wide range of cultural and class environment, give students enough space to play and development; perfect the evaluation of diversification, create personalized, incentive evaluation mode, promote the realization of the class management objectives.
