摘要
通过对福建师大定向教学班为研究对象,从定向运动的特点和性质的角度进行分析,了解定向运动对于在校大学生耐力素质的影响。将定向运动与长跑相结合,能有效地使学生摆脱枯燥心理,能够使学生积极参与耐力锻炼,培养学生自主锻炼终身锻炼的意识。
This paper takes Fujian Normal University orientation class as the research object, analysis of the characteristics and properties of directional movement, and the influence of directional movement on college students' endurance quality. The directional movement combines with running, can effectively make the students get rid of boring psychology, to enable students to actively participate in endurance exercise, cultivate students' self training of lifelong physical exercise consciousness.
