试论石化现象对高职英语词汇教学的影响

摘要 石化现象是外语学习当中普遍存在的问题,它是指外语学习者在学习到一定阶段后就会出现停滞不前的状态。词汇是英语学习的基础,是学生掌握听、说、读、写译等技能的必备条件。词汇石化现象会严重影响学生英语综合能力的提高,也为高职英语教学带来诸多困扰。本文以石化现象概念为理论基础,分析石化现象对高职英语词汇教学的影响,探讨消解高职英语词汇教学中石化现象的对策。 The petrified phenomenon is a common problem in foreign language learning. It refers to the remain stagnant status of foreign language learners when they are learning to a certain stage. Vocabulary is the basis of English learning, the students master the skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. The petrified phenomenon of vocabulary learning can seriously affect the improvement of students' English comprehensive ability, and it also brings a lot of trouble to the English teaching in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the concept of petrified phenomenon as the theoretical basis, this paper analyzes the impact of petrified phenomenon on vocational college English vocabulary teaching, and discusses the countermeasures to eliminate the phenomenon of higher vocational college English vocabulary teaching in China.
