2016年起,我国开始实施对"二孩"政策的全面放开,中国人口政策进入一个新阶段。文章通过收集了近几年中国人口相关数据,分析了中国人口现状,认为"全面二孩"政策能够有效缓解我国人口结构矛盾的问题。此外,借鉴于其他国家实行的鼓励生育措施,我国也应尽快建立相关社会福利政策来鼓励生育,提高人民生育意愿。

The article collected the data of China's population in recent years, analyzed the current situation of China's population, and considered that the 'two children' policy can effectively alleviate the problem of China's population structure.
