高职院校学生工作实行文化管理的路径探微

高职院校作为培养优秀人才的主要机构,能够为我国提供优秀的人才,在高职院校的学生管理中,面临着许多问题,文化管理作为现阶段一种高校的管理方式能够对高职院校的学生工作提供帮助,本文以高职院校学生工作实行文化管理的路径探微为主旨,通过转变理念、加强文化建设、运用激励手段、完善管理制度五个方面对高职院校学生工作中实行文化管理的路径进行探讨,希望能够为高职院校文化管理实践活动提供帮助。

In higher vocational colleges, as the main body of the talents, for our country to provide excellent talents, is facing many problems in higher vocational colleges student management, culture management as a stage for the management to of higher vocational college students and provided help, this paper to students in higher vocational colleges implement culture management exploration of the path for the purpose, through the idea transformation, strengthen cultural construction, use of incentives, improving the management system of students work in Higher Vocational Colleges in the implementation of the management culture path is discussed in this paper, hope to provide help for the higher vocational colleges and cultural management practices.
