摘要
本文通过对东莞各镇街50家企业的商务英语人才需求状况调查结果的分析,在结合当前学校对高职商务英语校企合作探索创新的基础上,研究提出由校企共同制订商务英语人才培养方案,共建"双师"队伍,依托企业,建立商务英语人才培养基地,共同构建互惠双赢的校企合作商务英语人才培养模式。
By analyzing the findings of demand condition for Business English talents from 50 enterprises in Dongguan City, some advisory proposals are put forward: cultivating programs of Business English that formulated by school and enterprise together, strengthening the teaching team, building the mutually beneficial and win-win school-enterprise cooperation in talents training modes for Business English.
