本文着眼培养信息时代"会管理、懂技术、有发展"的人才,不断深化应用文写作教学改革,着力优化教学过程,充分利用现代信息技术改革传统应用文写作教学模式,经过提出、探索、总结和实践四个阶段,在应用文写作教学中确立了以学生为主体、以精讲为核心、以研讨为主线的新的教学理念,大胆突破传统的教学模式,构建起了"五环渗透"教学模式。

This article on cultivating the talented person who is management, understanding the technology and development in the information age. Continuously deepening the teaching reform of practical writing, focusing on optimizing the teaching process, fully using of modern information technology to reform traditional writing teaching mode, after putting forward, exploration, summary and practice four stages, the 'five rings infiltration' teaching mode is built up which is taken the student as the main body, earnestly as the core and in order to research as the main line of the new teaching idea.
