高校班干部队伍在实现高校学生管理、思想政治教育、人才培养、文化建设等方面起到了重要作用。本文从辅导员角色回归、教育观念转变、管理理念升级三个角度从新审视了加强高校班干部队伍建设的必要性,希望能够引起广大学者的重视,加强对高校班干部队伍建设的研究和探讨。

The team of class cadres in colleges and universities has played an important role in the realization of college student management, ideological and political education, personnel training, cultural construction and so on. This paper from three angles, counselor role regression, changing concepts of education, management concept upgrade, examine the necessity to strengthen the class cadre team construction, hope to be able to cause the attention of the scholars, to strengthen the research and discussion on the class cadre team construction.
