教师职业倦怠会对教学、学生及教育等产生一系列的危害。文章从社会、教师本身存在的问题等方面分析了教师职业倦怠的成因,并从加强对教师的心理咨询、提高教师的经济地位以及对教师进行继续教育等方面提出了解决教师职业倦怠问题的对策。

Teachers' job burnout will produce a series of hazards for teaching, students and education. The paper analysis the cause of the teachers' job burnout from the society, teachers themselves, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of teachers' job burnout, for example, strengthen the psychological consultation of teachers, improving teacher's economic status and developing their teaching skills.
