However, in the current education, there is a one-sided focus on the development of students' personal knowledge and skills, ignoring the development of students' personal feelings. The Caring Theory proposed by Neil Noddings takes cultivate people's caring ability as the main target, has important value and significance of the new curriculum reform and development. This paper expounds the theoretical value of caring education theory, and explores its application strategy in the development of modern curriculum.
