成人教育是我国教育体系发展中的重要组成部分,是学习型社会构建的重要途径。随着知识型社会的不断发展,社会对人才的需求逐渐提升,同时成人教育也开始朝着终身化、多元化、高效化、大众化的方向发展,对提升全面文化素质,构建全民型、知识型社会意义深远。为此,文章在阐述学习型社会内涵及学习化社会背景下成人教育的特点的基础上,分析成人教育与学习型社会的关系(历史地位)、成人教育在构建学习型社会中的功能体现,并根据成人教育在学习型社会背景下存在的问题,对学习型社会背景下成人教育发展动力问题进行研究。

For this, the article discusses the learning society connotation and characteristics of adult education under the background of learning society, analyzes the relationship between adult education and learning society, adult education in constructing the learning type society function is realized and according to the problems of adult education under the background of learning society, researches on the adult education motive force in learning type society.
