试论如何做好离校未就业高校毕业生的职业指导——以福建师范大学美术学院为例

随着高校毕业生人数逐年增加,劳动力供大于求的总量性矛盾长期存在。当前和今后一个时期,我国就业形势依然十分严峻。高校出现了一批离校未就业毕业生,给社会的和谐带来了不稳定因素。对这部分毕业生做好职业指导显得十分必要。本文以福建师范大学美术学院近三年离校未就业毕业生情况为例,从主观、客观两个方面分析美术类毕业生未就业的原因,阐述做好这部分毕业生职业指导的对策措施。

As the number of college graduates increased year by year, the contradiction between labor supply and demand has long existed. At present and in the future for a long time, China's employment situation is very grim. The emergence of a number of unemployed graduates brought instability for harmonious society. It is very necessary do career guidance for graduates. Fujian Normal University Academy of Fine Arts in the past three years out of school without employment of graduates, for example, from the two aspects of subjective and objective, analyzes the reason of unemployed fine arts graduates, elaborated guidance measures of this part of graduates.
