摘要
幼儿园班级管理的质量影响办园水平和幼儿的身心健康发展。本文结合多元评价的基本理念探讨幼儿园班级管理质量的评价,主要从评价主体多元化、评价内容多元化、评价方法多元化三方面提出了一定的思考,以期为幼儿园进行班级管理质量的评价提供参考和借鉴,从而提高教育质量。
The quality of kindergarten class management affects the level of kindergarten and physical and mental development of young children. This paper discusses the evaluation on the class management quality of kindergarten combined with the concept of multiple evaluation, which main contains multiple evaluation body, multiple evaluation content and multiple evaluation methods, in order to provide several references and inspirations for the evaluation on the class management quality of kindergarten to improve the quality of education.
