特岗教师专业发展的问题研究

特岗教师计划是我国近年来实行的一种为补充农村义务教育阶段师资而采取的一项措施。特岗教师计划的实施对于发展西部不发达地区的教育有着重要的作用,但是在实施的过程中存在着比如教师的专业发展水平低的问题。为了促进特岗教师的专业发展,本文旨在已有的文章和实际调查研究中提出一些切实可行的措施。

The special post teacher plan is one of the measures taken by our country in recent years to implement the compulsory education in rural areas. The implementation of the special post teachers' program plays an important role in the development of education in the underdeveloped areas of the West. However, there exist some problems such as the low level of professional development of teachers in the implementation process. In order to promote the professional development of special post teachers, this paper aims to put forward some practical measures in the article and the actual investigation and study.
