Some thoughts on college English teaching of listening under the backgrounds of “Reduction of English” and “Prevalence of Phubbing in Class”

针对时下"教育领域去英语化"和"课堂低头族盛行"的现象,采用观察、访谈和文献研究的研究方法,分析了当下大学英语听力教学所面临的主要问题,并提出了几种应对措施。

In view of the current phenomena of reduction of English in the field of education and prevalence of phubbing in class, this paper probed into the major difficulties that college English teaching of listening is presently confronted with and put forward some solutions to them by adopting the research methodologies of observation, interview and document analysis.
