在中国革命的新高潮即将到来的1947年,在我军即将展开战略进攻之际,阳泉生逢其时,成为中国共产党亲手创建的第一座人民城市,是偶然性和必然性的统一,是历史的选择。在我党夺取全国胜利之前,我军曾收复过诸多城市,但均属接管性质,因此,诞生于解放战争硝烟中的阳泉被誉为"中共创建第一城"。本文试从阳泉的战略地位、正太战役、顺应我党工作重心转移三个方面来探析阳泉成为"中共创建第一城"的成因。

In 1947, a new upspring of Chinese Revolution was coming, and the PLA was gathering strength for the strategic offensive. At this time, Yangquan became the first city created by CPC, is the unity of necessity and contingency, which is a choice of the History. Before winning the state power, the Party once took over many cities in different times. However, Yangquan was the first city created by the Party in the history. This paper explores the cause of Yangquan becoming the first city created by CPC from three different aspects.
