目前,互联网发展迅速,利用互联网进行政治参与已成为当前国内外学术界关注的热点。其研究主要涉及参与的背景、途径以及面临的困境和发展趋势等。但是对互联网背景下公民有序的政治参与的新途径和系统的参与方式研究相对较少。
