浅谈商务礼仪与商务活动

摘要 商务礼仪是人们在商务活动中可以体现尊重的一种行为准则。商务礼仪包括仪表礼仪、介绍礼仪、交际礼仪等。商务人员的礼仪修养水平可以直接反映出他的现代文化素质程度,并且通过他折射出商务人员所在的商务组织的形象。在市场经济条件下,企业在生产经营活动、产品销售、洽谈生意和其他各种商务活动中,有"礼"走遍天下,无"礼"寸步难行,这是不可否认的事实。 Business etiquette is a business conduct that can reflect respect in business activity. It includes knowing the proper manners of appearance, introduction etiquette, social etiquette and so on. The etiquette level of business people is a direct reflection of the quality of his level in modern civilization, and it can reflect the image of a business organization. In a market economy conditions, there is an undeniable fact that if you have 'etiquette' you can travel the world, but if not, you are unable to move during the following business activities, such as the production and operating activities, product sales, business negotiations, and so on.
