当今社会,职业素养的高低直接影响着就业竞争力的强弱。因此,高职院校要主动搭建全方位的教育平台,拓宽培养渠道,提升学生的职业素养。文章从界定职业素养和学生社团的基本概念入手,探究了以职业素养提升为导向的学生社团建设理论基础,梳理了社团建设和职业素养培养之间的关系,为以职业素养提升为导向的学生社团建设研究奠定了理论基础。

In today's society,the level of professional quality directly affects the strength of the competitiveness of the employment.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should take the initiative to build a full range of education platform,broaden the training channels,and improve the students' professional quality.Started with the basic definition of professionalism and association construction,this article explored the theory basis of the students' association construction oriented professional quality cultivation,combed the relationship between them,which laid the theoretical foundation for guiding study on the construction of communities oriented professional quality cultivation.
