高职学生实习实践是毕业生踏入社会的前奏,是积累经验,丰富认知的毕竟过程。作为一名大学生,绝对不应该仅仅局限于课本知识,"纸上谈兵"谁都可以。当今社会需要的不只是理论知识,过强的实践能力和随机应变解决问题能力成为工作能力的重要参考。如何做好社会实践是高职院校毕业生就业的根本所在;也是当前高职院校培养毕业学生社会工作应用的根本。所以,让学生从理论上到实践上的回归是非常必要的。
