高职院校校企合作深度与广度创新机制研究

Research on the innovation mechanism of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges

校企合作的办学模式能够充分利用高校和企业的资源,为社会培养出更加优秀的职业技能人才。随着我国社会经济的发展以及高等院校的持续扩招,人才市场上对于理论型人才的需求度开始逐年下降,反而高端技术类人才的缺口在逐年递增。在这种情况下,高职院校开展校企合作成为了一种必然。近年来,我国中央和各级地方政府制定了一些政策希望能够促进高职院校和企业开展校企合作,但是,实际的效果并不尽如人意。本文分析了高职院校校企合作的现状以及存在的问题,对校企合作激励机制和政策进行了研究。

The school enterprise cooperation mode can make full use of the resources of universities and enterprises,and cultivate more excellent professional skills for the society.With the development of China's social economy and the continuous expansion of higher education institutions,the demand for theoretical talent in the talent market began to decline year by year,but the gap of high-end technology talents is increasing year by year.Under these circumstances,it is necessary to develop the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges.In recent years,China's central and local governments at all levels have formulated some policies to promote higher vocational colleges and enterprises to carry out school enterprise cooperation,however,the actual effect is not satisfactory.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and universities,and makes a research on the incentive mechanism and policy of the school enterprise cooperation.
