加强新时期高校青年教师师德师风建设路径探析

教师是教育之本,师德是教师之本。高校青年教师是高等院校教师队伍的生力军,不仅关系着高校未来发展,还关系关系着人才培养的未来,关系着我国高等教育事业的未来。但面对市场经济大潮的冲击,导致出现部分高校青年教师的价值观不同程度地偏离社会主义核心价值观的现象,进而导致出"师德滑坡"问题,并成为全社会共同关注的焦点之一。本文通过对高校青年教师师德建设重要性的认识和分析,着力探索出有益于高校师德建设的有效路径。

Education relies on teacher,who rely on moral.The young teachers in colleges and universities is the main force,affects the future development of personnel training in colleges and universities,also higher education in china.But in the face of the impact of market economy,some young college teachers' values deviated from the socialist core values,leading to some 'teacher morality' problems,and become one of the focus of the whole society.This paper analyzes the importance of the moral construction of young teachers in colleges and universities,and tries to explore the effective path.
