随着我国国际化进程的推进,高校德育工作成为一项迫切需要解决的课题。传统的显性教育与隐性教育方法各自具有自身的优点和缺点,因此,根据二者的各自优势进行整合,能够有效提高高校德育教育工作的实效性。

With the advancement of China's internationalization process,moral education in colleges and universities has become an urgent problem need to be solved.The traditional explicit and implicit education methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,therefore,according to the respective advantages of the two to integrate,can effectively improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.
