浅谈在学生工作中高校辅导员的谈话艺术

为了能够使高校良好的运转与发展,就需要对学生进行有效的管理,这就涉及到学生工作的开展,而学生工作离不开辅导员与学生的谈话,这是一个有效的管理手段,但是谈话不能盲目的进行,不仅需要做好相关的准备工作,而且还需要掌握一定的沟通方式与技巧,这样才能与学生进行良好的交流,使学生在谈话的过程中受到启迪,陶冶情操,树立正确的价值观,因此本文主要是具体分析了谈话前具体需要做的准备工作,并且具体分析了与学生谈话时应当掌握的方式和技巧。

In order to make the good operation and development of colleges,we should take effective management of students,which relates to the development of students' work,which cannot separate from conversation between counselors and students,this is an effective means of management,but the conversation can not blindly,not only need to make relevant preparations,but also need to master some methods and skills of communication,so that we can communicate with the students,so that students gain enlightenment in the course of the conversation,edify sentiment,to establish the correct values,so this paper mainly analyzes the conversation before the need to do preparatory work,and analyzed the methods and techniques that we should master when talking with the students.
