摘要
在现今的世界上民族这一词汇,早已经不是单独孤立的词汇。它早就与整个世界相联系起来。而少数人或者少数民族对于现在的人们来讲也已经不再陌生。人们也开始越来越关注少数民族、少数人的生存和和发展问题了,作为这个发展问题中重要一环的教育也更加的受到人们的关注。与此同时,国家针对少数民族问题也制定了许多的政策,尤其是在教育这方面。本文主要通过对以美国、日本为主的世界各国的对少数人或者少数民族教育政策变化的梳理,来认识国家法律、政策在对少数人或者少数民族教育发展过程中的作用以及不足之处。
Nowadays,the word nation is not a separate words,it has already linked to the whole world.The minority is no longer strangers to the people.We are increasingly focused on the survival and development of the minority.As an important part of the development,the education of the minorities had be paid lots of attention.The countries formulated a number of policies for minorities,especially in education.In this paper,through studying the changes of minorities' education policy in the world,we can understand the function and the shortcomings of the national laws and policies.
