Universities in terms of tourism professionals,update teaching model is both inevitable result of education reform,but also the practical needs of the development of the tourism industry,should pay close attention.This article describes the theory and practice combine to migration theory,three employment-oriented teaching mode,and its specific application to do a detailed analysis.
