摘要 本文在重新审视高等农林院校旅游管理专业人才培养现状基础上,通过就业情况、就业质量影响因素调查及人才培养模式影响因素三个调查,深入调研就业突出问题,从学生、高校、用人单位、政府以及家庭五个维度分析相关专业就业质量问题,尝试提出培养模式优化建议。 This paper attempts to offer optimized suggestions on talents training model of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities' tourism management major based on the following four aspects.Firstly,it reassesses the current situation of talents cultivation.Secondly,it includes the findings of three surveys about employment status,influencing factors of employment quality and of talents training model.Thirdly,it involves the results of deep research on the prominent problem of employment.The last,it analyses employment quality of correlative majors from five dimensions:graduates,universities and colleges,employers,the government and families.
