高校辅导员队专业化水平仍比较低,其核心在于发展进程走入误区。目前常见的措施是针对辅导员工作岗位的专业化,此种措施局限于本岗位。应在辅导员职业生涯规划个性化定制的基础上,实现面向学生工作、思政教育行业的专业化。

The professional level of college instructors is still limited,mainly due to the misdirection of the development process.The common practice which just specialized about the work is confined to one field.It is suggested that specialized development be expanded into the field of student work and ideological and political education,on the basis of college instructors personalized career planning.
