高校食堂文化建设问题与对策研究

Research on the problems and countermeasures of the cultural construction in the university dining hall

高校食堂是师生学习生活中三点一线的栖息地,它不仅是师生用餐的场所,同时也是学生们聚集和交流的场所。健康卫生的饮食和健全的食堂管理制度是学校师生员工学习生活的重要保障。然而食堂文化作为校园文化的组成部分也不容被忽视,本文对高校食堂文化建设中存在的一些问题进行了分析,列举出一些不足之处,并提出了行之有效的对策,以更好的促进校园文化的建设与发展。

College dining hall is an important place for teachers and students.It is not only a place for dining,but also a place for students to gather and exchange.Healthy diet and a sound canteen management system is an important guarantee for school teachers and students' learning.However,the canteen culture as part of campus culture also can not be ignored,this paper analyzes some problems in the dining room of the university cultural construction,enumerates some shortcomings,and puts forward some effective countermeasures,in order to better promote the construction and development of campus culture.
