The new generation of migrant workers employment issues related to basic living,occupation skill training can not only improve the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers,but also lay a solid foundation for their occupation career promotion.Therefore,starting from the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers occupation skill training and the existing problems,to improve the countermeasures of the new generation of migrant workers occupation skill training,puts forward the development of occupation education,strengthen the occupation career planning and other initiatives,to better promote the new generation of migrant workers to participate in the occupation skill training of the extensive degree,improve their skills and occupation broaden the occupation development prospects.
