企业涉外并购是一项系统工程,在涉外并购过程中可能存在各种风险,法律风险就是其中重要的风险之一。本文聚焦企业涉外并购的法律风险防范,通过研究找出适合唐山企业涉外并购的法律风险防控机制,为唐山企业涉外并购扫清法律障碍。

Enterprise foreign M & A is a systematic project,in which there may be various risks,legal risk is one of the important risks.This paper focuses on the legal risk prevention of foreign mergers and acquisitions.To find out the legal risk prevention and control mechanism which is suitable for the foreign enterprises in Tangshan through research,to clear legal barriers for foreign mergen and acquisitions in Tangshan.
