新课改背景下高中思想政治教师素质的优化研究

Research on the optimization of the quality of senior high school ideological and political teachers under the background of new curriculum reform

新课改背景下,对思想政治教师提出了许多新要求。新课改下的思想政治课,更强调对学生素质和能力的培养。本文将从三个方面对思想政治教师素质优化展开论述。首先,阐述当前思想政治教师素质现状,其次,思想政治教师若要适应新课改,就必须从教学理念、教学内容、教学方式上做出改进,最后,思想政治教师素质的优化还需要从自我优化、教育培训、发展环境三个方面做出努力,以此全面提高思想政治教师的专业素质。

In the context of the new curriculum reform,many new requirements have been put forward to the ideological and political teachers.The ideological and political lessons under the new curriculum reform emphasizes more on the quality of students and the ability of the training.This article will discuss the quality of ideological and pohtical teachers from three aspects.First of all,this paper describes the current situation of ideological and pohtical teachers' quality,secondly,the ideological and political teachers to adapt to the new curriculum reform,we must from the teaching idea,teaching content,teaching methods to improve,finally,optimize the ideological and pohtical quality of teachers also need self optimization,education and training,to make efforts to improve the ideological and political teachers professional quality.
