摘要
青藏高原的生态环境对世界的环境影响对全球影响颇大,但青藏高原的生态环境破坏日趋加大,整个青藏高原地区的生态呈持续下降的趋势,其生态破坏却并没有得到有效的控制。本文结合青藏高原地区的现状及目前在立法方面的不足提出了立法建议,目的是建立青藏高原生态法律保障体统。
