摘要
现阶段,各地各高校都已经制订辅导员工作量化考核细则及实施办法,对从事学生思想教育工作的高校辅导员这个群体,开展了量化考核工作。量化考核工作的开展有利于辅导员工作职责更加明确、具体;也使得高校对辅导员的管理更加规范、科学。但考核工作和量化管理是源于企业的管理理念,企业是效益部门,可以进行全面的量化考核,而高校是教书育人和培养社会需求人才的场所,对于处在教育管理学生基层层面的辅导员也采用这种量化考核的方法必然存在着很多不合理的地方。本人以宿迁学院辅导员工作考核为例,探讨有效的考核模式。
Now,many colleges and universities have developed performance evaluation regulations and measures of implementation for counselors who are mainly to do ideological and political education on students.The existence of such regulations and measures makes counselors responsibihties clearer and more specific,makes management for counselors more standardized and scientific and makes evaluation more operable.However,performance evaluation and quantitative management originate from ideas of companies management.Companies' targets are for profits and can apply quantitative performance evaluation whereas colleges aim to educate students and nurture talents for society.Thus,it seems unreasonable to use quantitative performance evaluation to assess counselors,whose work is to educate and manage students.The paper aims to find out effective work performance evaluation mode based on the study of Suqian College counselor s work performance.
