摘要
国际私法的特殊制度和专业术语是本学科最大的教学难点,笔者在教学实践中灵活运用图示法、倒推导入法和案例法,取得了良好的教学效果。
The Special system and the professional term is the most difficult teaching points of private international law.In the teaching process,author mainly using the graphic method,the backward leading-in method and the case analysis method step by step,in order to conquer the most difficult teaching points,obtaining good teaching effects.
