教师对教育工作的向往和执着的追求,我们称之为教师的职业理想,其对国家教育事业的发展和教师专业成长都有着非常重要的意义,是教师从事教育工作的根本动力。在实施素质教育和培养创新型人才的时代背景下,当代教师应当树立敬业爱岗、热爱学生、严谨治学、为人师表四个方面的职业理想。

The pursuit of teachers to the education of desire and obsession,we call for the professional ideal of the teachers,the professional ideal on the national development and teacher professional development has a very important significance,It is the fundamental driving force for teachers to engage in educational work.In the context of the implementation of quality education,the contemporary teachers should set up four aspects of the professional ideal,it contains a dedication,love of students,rigorous scholarship,paragon of virtue and learning in four aspects.
