摘要
随着我国科技发展不断进步,科研成果量也成为高校综合实力展现之一。很多高校都鼓励教师在培育人才基础上,搞好科研创新,不仅能提升个人能力提高教学质量,还能帮助建设学校形象,增加声望。但是目前我国高校外语教学科研意识并不强,学术成果匮乏。基于此,本文将基于实证视角下探讨中国高校外语教师科研现状及分析其发展瓶颈。
With the continuous progress of science and technology in our country,the amount of research results has become part of the comprehensive strength.Many colleges and universities encourage teachers to cultivate talents,improve scientific research and innovation,not only to improve the quality of personal ability,to improve teaching,but also to help build the image of the school,increase reputation.But at present,our country's foreign language teaching and research awareness is not strong,lack of academic achievement.Based on this,this article will discuss the current situation of foreign language teachers' scientific research in China and analyze the botdeneck of the development of foreign language teachers in China from the perspective of empirical analysis.
