摘要
元认知是对认知自身系统进行反思的一个知识系统。它是个体进行自我监督、自我调节、自我控制和自我评价的有自我意识的认知过程。元认知由元认知知识、元认知体验和元认知监控三个方面构成。元认知是关于认知的认知。本文通过对这三个方面的分析,提出元认知理论对于语言教学有着重要的指导意义,并指出元认知理论不能只仅仅局限在基础研究领域,而应开展多方位、多视角的语言教学研究。
Metacognition is a system in which the cognition system is reflected on its own.It is a self-conscious cognition system in which the individual conducts self-supervising,self-regulating,self-controlling and self-evaluating.Metacognition is cognition about cognition.The structure of metacognition includes three aspects:metacognition knowledge,metacognition experience and metacognition.Based on the analysis of these three aspects,the paper points out that the theory of metacognition not only plays a significant role in language teaching,but also it should be studied in a multimensional and multiperspective way in the language teaching field.
