我国正处于换挡变速、结构优化、创新内驱的经济新常态。而随着高等教育大众化,高校毕业生数量增加,对大学生在新常态下创业、择业、就业的引导问题已成为社会公认的热点问题。本文对经济新常态概念进行界定,着重分析新常态下大学生就业新机遇及大学生生就业面临的挑战,以期探索经济新常态下大学生就业问题的有效途径。

China is in the shift gear,structure optimization,innovation in the new economic drive.With the popularization of higher education,the number of college graduates is increasing.This paper defines the concept of economic new normal.Focus on analyzing college student's employment opportunities and challenges.At last,explore effective ways to solve this problem under the new economic norm.
