摘要
在时代进步和发展的前提下,传统的人事管理已经不足以满足当代对人力资源管理的需求,高校必须将传统的壁垒打破,运用全新的人力资源管理理论进行改进。本文从多个方面对高校传统人事管理中多个方面进行了研究和分析,提出了传统人事管理与现代人力资源管理之间的区别,为高校向现代人力资源管理的转化提供了意见和建议,提高学校在人力资源方向的核心竞争力。
In the premise of progress and development of the era,the traditional personnel management can not meet the needs of contemporary human resource management,colleges and univenities must use a new human resource management theory.This paper makes a study and analysis on many aspects of traditional personnel management in colleges and universities,puts forward the difference between traditional personnel management and modern human resource management,the transformation to the modern human resources management provides opinions and suggestions,improve the core competitiveness of schools in the direction of human resources.
