以中山火炬职业技术学院印刷媒体技术专业现代学徒制试点班为例,探索和实践一种"基于"资源共享、产教融合"的现代学徒制人才培养模式。本文主要从招生模式、人才培养模式、校企资源共享与文化建设方面介绍行、校、企人才培养对接实施方法和实践经验。

Taking Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic printing media technology professional modern apprenticeship class as an example, a modern apprenticeship personnel training mode based on 'resource sharing, integration of production and education' was explored and practiced. This discussed the personnel training implementation methods and practical experience based on the three parties cooperation in the industry, schools and enterprises, from the enrollment mode, personnel training mode, resource sharing and cultural construction, etc.
