Core professional ability is the important supporting power of one's career, it has profound influence on college students' successful employment, employment maintaining and promotion. The concept of comprehensive student work has important directive significance on the project of college students' core professional ability training. This paper has a discussion and analysis on the paths of improving college students' core professional ability around the systematization of content, the diversification of form and the diversification of corpus based on the concept of comprehensive student work.
