The cultivation of students' Party activists has always been an important part of the university party building work. With the continuous deepening of the reform of higher education system, local colleges and universities gradually changes into the application type. Student party activists' cultivation should adjust to the changing. Through the investigation and analysis, according to the new changes, we should explore new ways and new ideas of cultivating students party activists in applied colleges.
