近年来,英语专业的就业率亮红牌,特别是地方普通本科院校的毕业生。因此,本文就地方本科院校英语专业学生人才培养与就业的热点问题如就业心理、就业现状、就业取向等进行探讨,个人认为改革专业课程、增强与其他专业的融合,培养复合型人才,探索校企合作和提升个人的就业竞争力才是当前十分迫切的问题。

Recently, the unemployment of English majors is increasingly rising, especially the local colleges. This article intends to explore some hot issues related to job-hunting, such as mentality, current situation and tendency of employment, etc. My conclusion is that, remedy the curriculum, merge with other majors, train more well-round students, cooperate with other enterprises and improve personal competency.
