摘要
高校教师的专业发展具有不可替代性,是教师个体内在因素与外部环境因素在教学活动中交互作用的结果。"反思"是实现"构建"的必要前提,"建构"是对"反思"的整合再塑,两者相结合的教师专业发展概念模型的构建有利于高校英语教师的成长,并能有效促进教师对英语教学实践和专业发展有更深入的思考和理解。
The professional development of college teachers is irreplaceable, and it is the result of the interaction between teachers' internal factors and external environmental factors in teaching activities. 'Reflection' is the necessary premise of the 'construction', 'construction' is the integration of 'reflection', construction of teachers' professional development concept model combination is conducive to the growth of college English teachers, and can effectively promote teachers' thinking and more in-depth understanding of the practice of English teaching and professional development.
