高校大学生心理危机成因及对策研究

近年来,我国大学生心理健康问题日益突显,大学生心理危机事件也时有发生,对学生本人、家庭、学校和社会造成了极大的负面影响。本文通过分析大学生心理危机的成因,从预防、监控、干预和预后巩固等四个方面,较为详细地阐述了大学生心理危机的对策,为高校应对大学生心理危机提供了参考和借鉴。

In this paper, through the analysis of the causes of psychological crisis of college students, from four aspects of prevention, monitoring, treatment and prognosis of consolidation is detailed describes the countermeasures of college students' psychological crisis, and provided a reference for the coping of college students' psychological crisis.
