高等教育大众化下的本科生综合素质提升探究

Research on the improvement of undergraduates' comprehensive quality with the popularization of higher education

高等教育的大众化要求高校进行教育改革,以培养符合社会要求的高级人才。为达到培养高级人才的目的,需要在本科生教学过程中提高其综合素质。教学过程中本科生综合素质的培养包括课堂教学活动、科研学术活动和课外实践活动三个方面。本文结合相关教育教学经历,提出了提高本科生综合素质的一些具体措施。

The popularization of higher education requires the university to carry on the education reform, and the purpose is to train the senior talented people who meet the social demand. Improving undergraduates' comprehensive quality in the process of teaching is needed to achieve the goal of training senior talented people. The training process of undergraduates' comprehensive quality has 3 aspects, including classroom teaching activities, scientific research activities and extracurricular practical activities. This paper combined with relevant education teaching experience puts forward some concrete measures to improve the comprehensive quality of undergraduates.
