随着时代的不断发展,教育事业也在知识经济背景下迅速发展,而高校作为国家人才摇篮的输出地,面对着新的教学形势与教学环境的变化,应加强对学生的教育管理,提高高校教育的质量。对此本文将从人文关怀视域的角度出发,结合现代高校教育管理工作进行研究,以进一步提高高校教育管理水平。

With the continuous development of the times, education develops rapidly in the background of knowledge economy, colleges and universities as the talent output place of our country, facing the change of new teaching situation and teaching environment, we should strengthen the education and management of students, improve the quality of higher education. In this paper, from the perspective of humanistic care, combines with the modern university education management work, to further improve the level of education management in colleges and universities.
