摘要
近年来,随着全球经济一体化的加强,作为邻国的中日两国在经济上合作的紧密性越来越强,经济相互依存度也越来越深。但是,受不同文化背景影响下的两国在商务谈判中,会具在表达、态度、权利和责任等方面出现冲突和对峙。我们需要分析比较中日商务文化的背景,分析文化不同的成因及其差异,从而能够更准确地把握商务谈判中中日文化冲突的原因所在,采取积极有效的沟通策略,避免冲突的发生,掌握商务谈判的主动权。
In recent years, with the strengthening of the global economic integration, the economic cooperation between China and Japan as a neighboring country is more and more frequent, and the economic interdependence is more and more deep. However, under the influence of different cultural background, the two countries in business negotiations, there will be conflict and confrontation, in terms of expression, attitude, rights and responsibilities, etc. We need to analyze the comparison between Chinese and Japanese business culture background, analysis of the causes and the differences between different cultures, we can more accurately grasp the cultural conflict, take positive and effective communication strategies, to avoid conflicts, grasp the initiative of business negotiation.
