元认知策略与英语课外自主学习能力的培养——以《外报外刊选读》课程为例 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以《外报外刊选读》质量建设工程为研究途径,以某理工院校82名英语专业大学二年级学生为研究对象,以自主学习理论和元认知策略理论为研究基础,通过问卷调查,课堂观察,跟踪访谈,教学日志反思等研究方法研究如何利用《外报外刊选读》这门课程培养学生的元认知策略和课外自主学习能力,元认知策略训练研究结果表明以《外报外刊选读》为基础的课外元认知策略的训练模式能够将课内教学与课外自主学习有效衔接,提高了学生的自我计划,自我监控和自我反思的元认知水平. In this study, 'Selection of Newspaper and Magazine' quality construction project as the research way, 82 English major students of the second grade in a college of science and engineering as the research object, based on the autonomous learning theory and metacognitive strategy theory as the research foundation, through the questionnaire survey, classroom observation, interview methods to study how to use 'Selection of Newspaper and Magazine' course to cultivate the ability of cognitive strategies and extracurricular autonomous learning, the results of the study show that metacognitive strategy training mode can combine the classroom teaching with extracurricular autonomous learning, improve students' metacognitive level of self planning, self monitoring and self reflection.
